A bright and creative motivator from Birmingham. She was brought up in a close family and appreciates the importance of having caring people in your life. Sair began volunteering when she was 15 years old at a local youth club and her passion grew from there. In her 17 years worth of experience she has worked with a variety of people across a range of different backgrounds. 

She has spent time working in the public and the private sector gaining knowledge and skills which attained her a degree at Birmingham University at the age of 25. Since her graduation she has moved into the business world and supported the family business as a Company Director. Sair has a great passion for people and wants to support and empower them to meet their own needs, as well as those of the community.
